Ivan Stevanovic started his gastronomy career in 1986 in Belgrade. He inherited his love for the gastronomy and cooking business from his father, who spent most of his career as a chef at Belgrade's Metropol Hotel.

The chef's gene and family tradition took Ivan to cook business first at the Metropol Hotel, then overseas ships and restaurants in Italy (Rome) and Germany (Hanover).

In 2003, Ivan came to the Monument Restaurant and became the head chef. Since then, until today, it has been an indispensable part of our system, which is comprised of Monument, Manufaktura and National Class restaurants.

Ivan specializes in Italian and local (Serbian cuisine). He is a great lover and connoisseur of French cuisine.

All specialties on the National Class Restaurant's menu. are the result of the knowledge, experience, skills and standards set by our chef Ivan Stevanovic.
